1. Sample Development Rules (Full Custom OEM/ODM)

  1. All custom samples require payment of sample production cost, mold trial fee and international shipping fee. We do not provide free samples for new brand clients.

  2. Custom sample lead time: 10–18 working days after receiving sample deposit and confirmed design files (logo, frame shape, lens color, packaging).

  3. If you place bulk orders after sample confirmation, we can negotiate partial sample cost deduction according to order quantity.

  4. Multiple revisions of sample structure, color or logo will generate extra rework fees and extend sample production cycle.

  5. All custom sample molds belong to our factory before bulk order deposit payment; exclusive molds will be reserved for your brand after formal mass order cooperation.

    2. Sample Shipping Arrangement

    1. Sample express options: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT international courier. All express freight shall be fully borne by the buyer.

    2. Estimated express delivery time: 3–7 working days, subject to local customs clearance efficiency.

    3. Import duties, VAT and customs inspection fees in your country are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We will provide factory commercial invoice and FDA/BSCI certification documents for customs clearance upon request.

        4. Shipping Liability Statement

        1. All shipping cost is quoted separately and not included in product unit price unless signed written free-shipping agreement.
