1. Sample Development Rules (Full Custom OEM/ODM)
- All custom samples require payment of sample production cost, mold trial fee and international shipping fee. We do not provide free samples for new brand clients.
- Custom sample lead time: 10–18 working days after receiving sample deposit and confirmed design files (logo, frame shape, lens color, packaging).
- If you place bulk orders after sample confirmation, we can negotiate partial sample cost deduction according to order quantity.
- Multiple revisions of sample structure, color or logo will generate extra rework fees and extend sample production cycle.
- All custom sample molds belong to our factory before bulk order deposit payment; exclusive molds will be reserved for your brand after formal mass order cooperation.
2. Sample Shipping Arrangement
- Sample express options: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT international courier. All express freight shall be fully borne by the buyer.
- Estimated express delivery time: 3–7 working days, subject to local customs clearance efficiency.
- Import duties, VAT and customs inspection fees in your country are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We will provide factory commercial invoice and FDA/BSCI certification documents for customs clearance upon request.
3. Bulk Order Shipping Solutions
We support three delivery methods for mass full-custom eyewear orders:
- Sea freight: Suitable for large bulk orders, low freight cost, delivery time 25–45 working days.
- Air freight: Fast transit for medium orders, delivery time 7–15 working days.
- Combined express: For small batch urgent customized goods.
4. Shipping Liability Statement
- All shipping cost is quoted separately and not included in product unit price unless signed written free-shipping agreement.
- Delivery time is estimated only. Force majeure such as port congestion, customs inspection, logistics suspension, weather and trade policy changes will not be our compensation liability.
- We will take full photos and videos before shipment to record product packaging integrity. Loss or damage caused by logistics transportation shall be claimed by the buyer to the logistics provider.
5. Storage & Delivery Delay
If the buyer requests delayed shipment after production completion, we can store goods free of charge for 15 days; extra warehouse storage fee will be charged for overdue storage.
6. After-Sales Logistics Support
If you receive defective goods caused by production quality, you need to provide clear photos and video proof within 7 working days after receiving the package. We will arrange re-production or compensation according to actual situation, but we do not bear return shipping fees.
